With these in place, an innovative leader will be able to plan how these changes will affect the overall business and adjust accordingly so that there aren’t any negative results because of these problems. A solid strategy also puts everyone on the same page and working toward the same goal. Because of that, these solutions are much more likely to be successful and deal with the problems effectively.
