Steven Goldstein, author, speaker, and business consultant, is the guest on this episode of Monday Morning Radio with Dean Rotbart. Goldstein is a management engagement expert who helps companies, large and small, improve the ways their leaders engage with employees and customers.
Goldstein has developed what he calls his “5 Principles of Engagement.” Utilizing these principles is what drives results and leads to success in business, according to Goldstein. Key to engagement, he says, is for managers to have a feeling of ownership in the business, as well as an “outside-in” perspective.
Goldstein is currently the Chairman of US Auto Sales and an advisor to Milestone Partners and Alvarez & Marsal. He is the author of the book, Why Are There Snowblowers in Miami? He earned his BA from City College of New York and his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
