For new as well as established companies, having a vision statement is crucial. A vision statement gives your employees something to rally behind, and should you choose to make your vision statement public, it lets the world know where your company is going.
A vision statement need not be long. Some Fortune 500 companies have vision statements that are no more than a few words. But your company’s vision statement should be well thought out and true to what your company stands for.
