A recent survey of American small business owners concluded that Gen X and Baby Boomer business owners can learn a great deal from Millennial business owners. Amy Friedrich of The Principal Financial Group, discusses the survey results with Dean Rotbart in this episode of Monday Morning Radio.
According to Friedrich, the Millennial business owners who were surveyed are achieving success in business while working fewer hours and maintaining a more favorable work-life balance. They are also offering employees innovative benefits and projecting levels of optimism not seen by their Gen X or Baby Boomer counterparts.
Amy Friedrich is a senior vice president at The Principal Financial Group, a Fortune 500 financial services company in Des Moines, Iowa. She earned her BA from Buena Vista University and her MA from Purdue University.
