Dean Rotbart talks with Rich Carr in this interview about The Education Engine, a system that business owners can use to create online courses, or even online universities, on any topic.
Mr. Carr discusses how creating an online course can serve multiple purposes. It can, of course, be a money-making venture, where you charge people to take the course, but it can also be a powerful reputation building tool. Business owners are also utilizing the system to create online courses to train their own employees. Mr. Carr explains that the beauty of his system is that it is simple for anyone to use, even those that are not necessarily tech-savvy.
Rich Carr is CEO of Carr Knowledge Interactive Marketing & Advertising, a full-service marketing agency located in the Seattle area. The Education Engine was founded after Mr. Carr’s personal experience of being unable to find quality online courses related to the use of prosthetic devices. Mr. Carr is a graduate of Central Washington University.
